Enlil WAN Network Emulator

Enlil is Open Source Project for Handy WAN Network Emulator for testing Internet Applications in various network conditions.

Enlil will be based on OpenWRT and will be embedded in small factor desktop router with Gigabit ports and around 100EUR target cost.
